OAIster
An online catalog of free, open-access digital resources provided by the research community. Includes: journal articles, ebooks, newspapers, audio and video files, photos, data sets, manuscripts, theses and dissertations.
OAPEN
Access the searchable full text of the 34-volume Dictionary of Art, with continual updates, as well as over 7,000 art images. Topical articles cover all aspects of the visual arts (painting, sculpture, graphics, art forms, architecture, decorative arts, and photography) from prehistory to the present.
OEC (Online Ethics Center)
Provides ethics cases, scenarios, bibliographies, evaluation and teaching tools and guidelines.
OneLook Dictionary Search
OneLook provides a quick search of over 600 online dictionaries, including legal and foreign dictionaries. A "reverse dictionary" is also available, where the user describes a concept and retrieves a list of related words.
O*Net Online
Offers information on the knowledge, skills, abilities, interests, preparation, environment and tasks related to 1100 occupations. Also provides instruments to help assess a student's potential fit for a career.
Online Books (UPenn)
This catalog, hosted by the University of Pennsylvania, offers access to over one million public domain books available online. Also includes limited runs of periodicals.
Open Access Digital Theological Library
The mission of Open Access Digital Theological Library (OADTL) is to curate high-quality content in religious studies and related disciplines from publisher websites, institutional repositories, scholarly societies, archives, and stable public domain collections. The OADTL uses the world’s most advanced integrated library system (ILS) for cataloging and discovery. This system, OCLC’s WorldShare, makes content easily discoverable and retrievable. The OADTL is staffed by professional librarians and curates content without regard for theological or confessional perspective. It is hoped that the increased access to high-quality religious studies content will serve scholars and students of religion.
Open-Access Theses & Dissertations
Provides links to nearly 2 million open-access theses and dissertations from over 800 universities and research institutions.
Opposing Viewpoints 
Provides topic overviews, opinion articles, statistics, primary resources, and reference material on subjects of some controversy. A great resource for those writing or speaking persuasively on hot topics.
Oxford Art Online 
Access the searchable full text of the 34-volume Dictionary of Art, with continual updates, as well as over 7,000 art images. Oxford Biblical Studies Online 
Provides a wealth of Bible text and commentary, including the New Oxford Annotated Bible and five other Oxford Study Bibles.
